This deposit will be fully refunded on the day of check-out, provided there is no damage to furniture or appliances, food/takeout/kitchen waste has been cleaned up, and party trash (such as balloons, ribbons, beer bottles, flowers, etc.) has been properly disposed of in the large trash can in the room. ② Smoking is permitted in the living room, but smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms to prevent fire hazards. ③ It is strictly forbidden to stick anything on the walls. Any damage to the walls will result in a 500 RMB deduction! ④ After successful booking, all guests must upload their identity information to the designated platform.
