The room smelled musty, the bedding had an indescribable odor, the lights were dim, the decor was outdated, the garment steamer was unusable, the hairdryer was extremely old, the air conditioner was unbearably noisy, and the windows didn't even have screens. Don't even try the breakfast. My sincere advice is: I booked four nights, stayed one, and cancelled the remaining three because I simply couldn't tolerate it.

I understand that it's already a good thing to be able to book a room during the National Day holiday, but these expired tea bags, damaged benches, filthy low floors, and lights that won't turn off—this is Shanghai, for crying out loud! How can the hygiene be so poor?

I woke up at 5 am the next morning… I couldn't sleep anymore. The ventilation fan and air conditioner were incredibly noisy. My high-speed train was originally at 11 am, but I changed it to 7 am. Even I, a fairly tolerant person, couldn't stand it! 😂 I'm speechless. I've stayed in so many hotels, and the hygiene management is this bad. Also, the text on the ceiling and the messy decor – I don't know if there's another way to describe it, but it just doesn't look good… Avoid this hotel…
