The stay exceeded my expectations! The host from Northeast China was very welcoming, the room was spotless, and they even provided mosquito repellent – a thoughtful touch. The bedding was soft, and I slept very soundly. He offered free airport/subway/Park shuttle service and sent me check-in instructions in advance, along with local travel and food recommendations. The location is convenient, very quiet, and the price is very reasonable – excellent value for money! I'll definitely stay here again!

The landlord provides pick-up and drop-off service, including Disneyland and Pudong Airport. The room is quite clean, the view is nice, and there are people fishing by the river. There's also a swimming pool downstairs, which looks clean. The downside is that some guests are very loud; they shouted at our door several times, which was quite noisy. However, overall, as long as you don't shout at the door, the soundproofing is decent. It depends on luck whether you get a quiet neighbor.

The room was quiet and clean, and the host offered a shuttle service, which was very convenient. The pictures matched the actual room. The weather was sunny with a slight breeze, making it comfortable to eat outdoors. Nice!
