I didn't get a good night's sleep for the first three nights. After negotiating, we moved to a place about 1 kilometer away, requiring me to either cycle or take a taxi every day. The room I moved to was incredibly dirty and run-down; the room was old and dilapidated, as was the bathroom. There were stains all over the headboard. What was supposed to be a pleasant trip—I booked 10 days out of trust—resulted in 10 days of suffering and misery! A waste of money and a ruined my mood.

After placing the order, I received a text message. I took a taxi to the address in the message, but no customer service contacted me to tell me how to check in. I tried contacting customer service online, but no one replied. In the sweltering heat of Shanghai's old street, the ground floor courtyard was swarming with mosquitoes. After waiting for a long time, I finally called the phone number provided in the customer service WeChat message, only to be told it wasn't the address they sent. They sent me a new address, so I had to take a taxi again with my child and luggage. I was so angry! Upon arriving at the new address and checking in, the location was good, right next to Yuyuan Road. However, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. While I was sleeping, customer service remotely turned off the air conditioning, only turning it back on in the morning. I woke up twice during the night from the heat, and we didn't even realize the air conditioning had been remotely controlled. In Shanghai's 40-degree Celsius heat, such a thing was completely unnecessary. I suggest that anyone planning to stay here should clarify the details with customer service beforehand to avoid frustration.
