📍Location: Very convenient, right next to MixC shopping mall, basically in the heart of Zhongshan city. Parking is also convenient, 20 yuan overnight. 🚽Cleanliness: A bit disappointing. At first glance, it seems fine, but upon closer inspection, there are numerous problems. There's a strong smell of smoke when you open the door, hair on the bathroom floor, and the dishes in the kitchenette are unusable—every single item is filthy. The bedroom floor also has a lot of fine dust and some inexplicable debris; it's impossible to identify what it is. One of the beds in one room also has some unidentified stains. It's usable for a couple of days. 🏠Decor: Pretty nice, the loft layout is very open and bright, but there's no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. 🛏Facilities: Two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, suitable for elderly people who don't have to climb stairs to use the toilet at night. There's a microwave for heating food, and the refrigerator is fully functional, but was it opened temporarily because it wasn't in use before? There were water droplets inside the refrigerator. 🛎Service: The landlord and property manager responded very promptly. 💰Value for money: It's acceptable, not too expensive considering it's close to the Mid-Autumn Festival.

There was no water, towels were charged extra, and there were miscellaneous items in the room.

The facilities are complete and the location is extremely convenient. This is my second stay this year, and it's the top choice for a homestay when traveling to Zhongshan.
