The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the front desk service is warm and attentive, and they respond quickly. The facilities are complete, and it's great value for money. The air conditioning works very well, and the rooms are very quiet! A fantastic stay! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai!

Convenient check-in, excellent location for getting around, there are fast food stalls right downstairs with a wide variety of dishes, the butler service is very attentive, you can mail your luggage in advance and they also have luggage storage. Five stars!

I brought my elderly parents and child on a trip from Hangzhou, and this is the first time I've given a bad review. I originally planned to stay one night, so I only booked one. We stayed in a room on the 8th floor. Aside from hair in the bathroom, renovations next door, and several inexplicable power outages, everything was acceptable. So I decided to stay another night. We moved to the 7th floor, and the spare pillowcase had a yellowish stain. The air conditioner was completely ineffective; I complained about it that day, and only after checking out the next day did they say they had a technician check it and said it was normal. Normal doesn't mean ineffective; I complained that it was ineffective. The bathroom didn't even have a heater or ventilation system.
