Homestay Booking Instructions I. Booking and Check-in 1. Identity Registration All guests must register with valid identification (ID card/passport). 2. Time Arrangement: Check-in: After 2:00 PM; Check-out: Before 12:00 PM the following day. An additional fee of 100 RMB/hour will be charged for late check-out. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior contact and is subject to availability. II. Fees and Cancellation/Refund 1. Fee Description The room rate includes basic services and a deposit (300 RMB, refundable upon check-out without damage). 2. Cancellation/Refund Policy Full refund for cancellations made before 12:00 PM, 3 days prior to check-in. No refunds for cancellations after this time. Adjustments may be negotiated due to force majeure. III. Safety and Regulations 1. Prohibited Activities: Dangerous goods and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Subletting or exceeding the permitted occupancy (maximum 6 people) is prohibited. 2. Facility Use: Please take care of appliances and furniture. Damage will be charged at cost (projector 5000 RMB/unit, air conditioner 3500 RMB/unit, etc.). Open flames are prohibited in non-kitchen areas. Smoking must be done in the courtyard and cigarette butts must be extinguished. IV. Hygiene and Environment • Please dispose of trash in the designated bins downstairs upon check-out. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for untidyed dishes or lingering odors. • Pets require prior permission and are not allowed on the bed/sofa. V.
