However, the hotel changed my room type without prior consultation or communication. They didn't even inform me beforehand; they only told me after I checked that the room I booked wasn't ready. Only after I discovered this did they say they could change rooms. Isn't this a disturbance to my rest? First: Why didn't you inform the guest beforehand? Customer service kept emphasizing that "this room type has multiple units with slightly different decorating styles." Is this a matter of decorating style differences? Customer service also said they clearly gave me a different room. I've stayed at your hotel three times and have stayed in several different room types. Now you're telling me it's a decorating style difference? You're just making excuses. Second: If "this room type has multiple units with slightly different decorating styles," what's the point of showing the actual photos on the platform? The hotel reserves the right of final interpretation. Thirdly: Not only were the room type pictures I took completely different from the one I actually checked into, but the cleanliness was also appalling. There was a musty smell as soon as I entered, unlike a room that had just been cleaned. There was still a lot of dust and trash on the floor. Furthermore, when I tried to contact customer service before check-in, it was difficult to get through by phone, and they were slow to reply to my WeChat messages. I've never seen such poor service in a hotel; it was completely uninhabitable. I checked out after only a few hours and would not recommend anyone stay there. At night, curled up on the bay window watching the night view, the lights on the opposite bank reflected on the river, shimmering like stars scattered across the water ✨ 👉The location is unbeatable! The riverside promenade is right downstairs, perfect for an evening stroll with the breeze – so relaxing! 👉The decor is minimalist yet sophisticated, perfect for taking great photos! Especially recommended for couples, the atmosphere is simply divine 💖 A few minor drawbacks: the sofa by the window is a bit low, so sitting for a while might be tiring. Also, the price goes up slightly on weekends, but I think the view is worth it! In short, if you want to experience "sleeping by the river," go for it! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

We wanted to check in early around 1:30 to drop off our luggage, but the owner said it wasn't ready yet. We assumed the cleaning lady was only halfway done and that there would be a clean place to put our things, but it turned out to be a completely uncleaned room, with nowhere to even step. We needed an extra set of disposable toiletries, and the staff told us to find it ourselves. In the closet, we only found old underwear... The children's socks were black on the floor, and both the elderly and children had multiple insect bites after waking up. Service: Okay. Although they weren't very attentive before check-in, they generally met our needs after check-in (e.g., needing two extra sets of disposable toiletries, needing batteries for the TV remote). Location: Easy to find, but the staff didn't provide a map showing how to enter Building B. We inquired but didn't receive a timely response; we had to ask the security guard. It's close to the subway station, making travel very convenient.
