It's not far from Zhongshan Pedestrian Street; a taxi ride costs only 10 yuan. The landlord is very helpful and answers all questions. The apartment is in a building. Although not very new, it's quite spacious. The downstairs balcony is surprisingly well-ventilated. Especially noteworthy are the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom—not large, but perfectly adequate. By the way, the sofa in the living room is very comfortable to sleep on.

Overall, it was decent, with no major flaws, and I would definitely consider it again if the price was right next time I'm in the area.
