The room was great, spacious, and the mattress was super comfortable! The bathroom was clean and hygienic, also quite large, and even had disposable toilet seat covers. The showerhead had great pressure, making showering very comfortable. Overall, it looked exactly like the promotional pictures. It's very close to Qinghui Garden and the food street; a taxi ride there would cost less than ten yuan. The room window even had a sunset view. The only downside was the lack of a full-length mirror; it would have been perfect if it had one.

Parking is very convenient in the Evergrande Central Garden residential complex, and the location is easy to find. The rooms are clean, and the air conditioning works well. It's a ten-minute walk downstairs to Huagai Street, a whole street full of delicious food.

The room itself was great, spacious and fully equipped, with a washing machine and refrigerator, and small items like a hairdryer, hand soap, and bottled water. Disposable supplies were also provided. The induction cooker seemed to have a problem turning on after a few tries. There was a fruit bowl in the refrigerator, though I didn't use it. All the amenities, including the mattress, were very clean, except for a little dust around the sofa and TV. There was a small, discolored ball of yarn on the inside of the bed, probably stuck there during the drying process. The wooden cabinet had some small stains. It seems like not many people stay there, so everything was quite new; there was a woody smell when I opened the cabinets. There seemed to be few neighbors, which I found very pleasant. Although I had to walk around a bit during my stay, the directions were clear, and finding the place wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, the location was terrible; there was nothing around, the view from the window wasn't great, and it took a long walk to get to the subway station.
