The apartment is indeed located in a historical and cultural preservation area, and the interior facilities are quite old, but fortunately, it's small yet fully equipped, with two large beds suitable for a family of three. Disadvantages: hygiene needs improvement, there's a strong sewer odor, the mattress springs are broken and feel uneven, and the attic bed is very hard. A ferry to Lujiazui is quick and easy, making it convenient to get around. The only drawbacks are the small size of the accommodation. The second floor is cramped, so we often bumped our heads. The bathroom's wet and dry separation wasn't well done, resulting in water everywhere after showering. Also, there were mosquitoes; my child got over ten bites. I recommend bringing mosquito coils. Overall, it's very cost-effective and a good choice for travel accommodation.
