It was pretty average. We arrived in the evening and had to check in on our phones; there was no front desk. When we got to the room, it was completely different from what we booked! Because we booked through a platform, not offline, they told us the room we booked was unavailable. We messaged the staff to ask why we were able to book it. The staff said, "I don't know how you managed to book this room, and the price is ridiculously low. I don't know if you're discriminating, but you kept telling us we were full, but we didn't even know if there were any rooms available." The cleanliness was terrible; the sheets weren't clean, the walls were dirty, and there was no hairdryer. One of the beds made a loud noise when touched, and the refrigerator was noisy; we had to unplug it to avoid the noise and not be able to sleep. The TV was also very difficult to set up, and we had to ask the staff to come and fix it. I really don't recommend couples stay here; it's really terrible. And the way the staff spoke—the owner needs to do something about it! We booked through a platform, so the low price gives you the right to look down on us like this? Your system has problems; fix it quickly. If you can't even handle these things, I don't know how you're even in business!

The landlord upgraded the room to have two double beds, which was great for three people. However, the location is a bit far from the subway station, requiring a 10-15 minute walk. We stayed four nights, and the landlord said they would clean the room after each guest, so we need to take out the trash ourselves. Hopefully, this can be improved to enhance the guest experience.

Conveniently located near the subway station, the room is clean and hygienic. The owner provides excellent service.
