This family trip included several options before finally choosing this two-bedroom, three-bedroom apartment, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we entered, it was clear the host was very attentive. The entire apartment was impeccably clean; the floors, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless and odor-free, making it a safe and comfortable choice for families with elderly members and children. The room layout was practical, with three beds that could be separated for privacy, ensuring a comfortable and spacious stay for our family. The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The housekeeper was attentive and helpful, explaining all the check-in instructions beforehand and responding quickly and efficiently to any questions we had. The neighborhood is well-developed, with convenience stores and restaurants readily available, making it convenient to shop for supplies, find food, and get around. Overall, it was a very comfortable family stay, without any disappointments. We would definitely stay here again if we were to travel back, and we would recommend it to anyone planning a family trip.

The experience was absolutely fantastic! Our family stayed in Guangzhou for almost two weeks, and this apartment was incredibly comfortable. Although it was an apartment within a hotel, the layout was excellent, with great natural light and ventilation. It also had a kitchen and washing machine, and all the amenities were complete and easy to use. The building's hallways and lobby were spotless, and the room was exceptionally clean—simple, uncluttered, and free of clutter. Even someone with OCD like me found it very pleasant. The location was also superb, right next to Yuexiu Park. The greenery there is amazing, bursting with negative ions; it's truly a paradise of birdsong and fragrant flowers—you wouldn't want to leave! It's also near the Nanyue King Museum, close to Beijing Road, and close to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The host was also incredibly friendly—a huge thumbs up! Since it was our first time in Guangzhou and we weren't familiar with the area, the host provided us with a lot of helpful tips, especially recommending the two Michelin-starred restaurants downstairs—the food was truly top-notch!!

I checked in at 3 PM and arrived at the door at 3 PM. Only after asking the landlord for the password did they remind me to upload my ID card (which I had already uploaded the night before). The landlord didn't verify the information. There were items left behind by the previous guest in the room. The room wasn't very clean overall, and they didn't provide towels or disposable slippers. On my last day, I even found cockroaches! 🪳
