The air conditioner requires a deadbolt to function. Even though I had it deadbolted, I still couldn't turn it on, and no one helped me at night, so I had to leave the water hot. 2. The Wi-Fi and door lock had problems. I couldn't unlock my door at night and was left outside. I had to knock on the neighbor's door to use their Wi-Fi to open my door. 3.
