Commercial photography:

The rate is 700 RMB per hour, minimum 3 hours, with a prepayment of 30,000 RMB. Compensation is required for any damage to items in the room. A written description of the shooting content and process must be submitted to the landlord for approval before the shoot will begin. The shoot must conclude before 10 PM. The landlord must send someone to supervise the shoot during the day. (Due to space limitations, please inquire before placing an order for specific requirements.)

Kind tips:

1. Early check-out is considered a breach of contract! 2. All guests must register with their real names and on the Guangdong Resident Code during check-in. Foreign guests (must stay for at least one month) must register with the local police station. 3. The tenant is responsible for any management fees incurred by relevant departments. 4. Basic cleaning (sweeping, mopping, and putting items back in their place) is provided free of charge weekly. Bed linens are changed every two weeks. Cooking will incur an extra charge. 5. Extra beds (additional people), parties, weddings, photography, meetings, and other activities exceeding the occupancy limit are prohibited. 6. During the stay, the tenant is the actual manager of the property. The tenant is responsible for all safety accidents and incidents occurring within the property, and the landlord is not liable. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury caused by objects falling from heights, improper use of water and electricity, falls, or other accidents within the property. The tenant shall compensate for any losses incurred as a result. 7. If the lessee engages in unfair business practices or illegal activities during the lease term, the lessee shall bear the economic liability for any damages caused thereby. The lessor has the right to unconditionally reclaim the property, and the lessee shall bear the resulting loss of rental income. 8. Before moving in, please take photos of the room's facilities, appliances, and cleanliness. Any damage or stains caused by human error will be charged at cost. Upon check-out, please keep the room clean, remove all garbage, and return it to its original condition. 9. Please conserve water, electricity, and gas. The free allowance is 10 kWh of electricity per day (1 yuan/kWh for exceeding this limit), 1 cubic meter of water (6 yuan/cubic meter for exceeding this limit), and 1 cubic meter of gas (7 yuan/cubic meter for exceeding this limit). These allowances can be accumulated. Additional cleaning and bed sheet replacement costs 120 yuan per service. The landlord reserves the right to interpret any matters not covered herein.
