Stay for about a week · Checked in May 2026The Zhengjia Golden Palace Apartment & Homestay experience was fantastic! Located in Tianhe CBD, right next to Zhengjia Plaza and within walking distance of Tiyu Xilu Metro Station, it's incredibly convenient for shopping and commuting. The room is a duplex loft with floor-to-ceiling windows on the 37th floor, offering stunning night views. The space is spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities including a washing machine and refrigerator. The service is attentive, and the price is great, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

One night's accommodation · Checked in Sept 2026📍Location: Zhengjia Plaza. Very convenient, excellent location. 🚽Hygiene: Average hygiene. The toilet is large but smells strongly of urine. 🏠Decor: Relatively old, but doesn't affect livability. 💰Value for Money: Very good value for money. Excellent location, high floor. You can see Tianhuan from downstairs. Delivery services don't come upstairs; you have to go to the parcel locker on the first floor.
