Stay a few nights · Checked in Aug 2026The room was spacious and decorated in a very fresh and clean style, the kind that makes you feel comfortable at first glance. The housekeeper was very attentive, answering all questions promptly and resolving issues very quickly. The air conditioning was also very powerful; it cooled down quickly after running for a while! It's definitely a guesthouse worth staying at in Shenzhen!

房间很大装修特别清新，属于那种一看就舒服的。管家很细心有问必答，解决问题也非常及时。空调也非常给力，开一会就冷了！在深圳真的是非常值得来住的一家民宿！

One night's accommodation · Checked in Sept 2026The experience was fantastic! The venue was clean and spacious, with a great atmosphere and complete entertainment facilities. The owner was attentive and responsive, and my friends and I had a wonderful time. It was great value for money, and I'd definitely come back for our gatherings. I highly recommend it!

Stay for about a week · Checked in May 2026The accommodations were excellent, and the photos turned out beautifully. The only drawbacks were: 1. The bed and bedding in the master bedroom weren't very comfortable. 2. The desk, chair, and table in the master bedroom creaked, which was inconvenient for us as we needed to do a lot of design work for the exhibition. I bought new ones and left them there. However, the new ones are only for temporary use and not very safe.

What makes this stay special
Why we recommend it: A hazy, sweet French-inspired atmosphere in the heart of the CBD.
The actual scenery is even more beautiful than the photos; a great place for parties and photos.
Reject misleading photos! View our high-definition room tour video on our video account [元芳影屋] (due to the single-shot filming technique, the third bathroom and laundry room on the balcony are not shown). The owner invested heavily in the renovation, which took 6 months to complete. The quality materials and craftsmanship are worlds apart from the cheap "shell" renovations of subletters. The spacious 75㎡ living room and the expansive 68㎡ master bedroom offer 180-degree panoramic views of the CBD from this high-rise building, perfect for filming and high-end gatherings. A 4-meter extra-long dining/conference table is ideal for large meals or team building meetings. Entertainment equipment includes: a high-definition smart TV, a 120-inch electric projection screen, a XGIMI projector, a Xiaomi cinema-grade Bluetooth speaker, board games, mahjong, etc.
The tallest building in Shenzhen, located above the convention center.
Located in the heart of Futian CBD, this super high-rise building offers unobstructed views of the Futian Convention and Exhibition Center. The living room and master bedroom windows directly face Shenzhen's tallest building, the Ping An International Finance Center, providing prime front-row viewing of the CBD light show. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find popular shopping malls such as Ping An International Finance Center, Shopping Park, Huangting Plaza, and the Huanggang/Shuiwei traditional food street. A bus stop is right outside the complex. Huanggangcun Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away, and there are 8 metro stations and 20 metro exits within a 2km radius.
Three fully equipped restrooms were built at great expense.
Unlike most guesthouses that cut corners on bathroom renovations, this suite features three bathrooms that were meticulously renovated from scratch, ensuring they are fully functional and luxuriously comfortable. Master Bedroom Bathroom: Toilet, Shower, Extra-large Vanity Small Master Bedroom Bathroom: Toilet, Shower, Vanity Common Bathroom: Double Vanity, Separate Toilet, Separate Shower
Two kitchens, one Chinese and one Western, fully equipped.
Unlike most guesthouses that cut corners with basic kitchen renovations, this suite features two kitchens that were completely renovated from scratch, now fully functional and luxuriously comfortable. Two kitchens: Chinese kitchen + Western kitchen. The Chinese kitchen is for stir-frying, and the Western kitchen is for baking. [Chinese Kitchen] includes: Gas stove (please pay attention to safety), wok, portable induction cooker, induction cooker cookware, bowls, plates, cutlery, rice cooker, wine glasses, decanter, refrigerator, etc. [Western Kitchen] includes: Built-in microwave, built-in steam oven, built-in induction cooker, etc.
