Huaihai Road/Xintiandi area, 1-bedroom standard apartment for rent | Ah Ni Tou Ni

The location is good, very close to Xintiandi, just a ten-minute walk away. Emerging from the alleyway, there are many trendy bars and restaurants lining the street. The alleyway itself is fairly clean and tidy. The living room is quite spacious. The only drawback is the poor condition of the bathroom. The sink is small, the washing machine is old, and the shower head initially had difficulty controlling the water temperature, causing water to overflow after a long shower, remaining wet until morning. Overall, the bathroom is in poor condition and renovations are recommended.

I've stayed at this host's place twice already, and the host is super nice! This stay was truly fantastic! The location of the guesthouse is incredibly easy to find; I found it right away with the navigation. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the room upon entering. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were all provided. The host was incredibly welcoming, not only sending detailed check-in instructions in advance but also recommending many local favorites in the area – all of which were great! The nights were exceptionally quiet, and I slept wonderfully. When checking out, the host even thoughtfully reminded us to take all our belongings. It's rare to find a guesthouse with such high value for money; I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to all my friends!

I don't mind falling asleep to the sounds of snoring and farting upstairs, and the bathroom and overall cleanliness are just so-so, feeling like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. However, the communication and stalling with customer service was exhausting. In the end, I paid them an extra night's room fee plus a 60 yuan difference because I wanted an honest review. The location is really good, but I endured it for four nights and finally couldn't take it anymore, so I moved out. It felt like a relief. You guys need to clean this room properly, at least replace the old washing machine and sink... and straighten out the plastic flowers. Thank you.
