The guesthouse's location is one of its biggest highlights. It's incredibly convenient, perfectly solving the hassle of finding accommodation and transportation while traveling. Located in the heart of the city, away from the hustle and bustle of main roads, the environment is quiet and peaceful, yet it enjoys a prime location. Shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and bubble tea shops are all within a few minutes' walk, making daily shopping and dining a breeze. It's also a short drive from major attractions, making it easy to get around by car or taxi, saving you a lot of time commuting. It's perfect for family trips and trips with friends. The surrounding roads are well-planned and clearly marked, making it easy for first-time visitors to navigate, which is extremely helpful for out-of-towners. Parking, which is my biggest concern when driving, is also perfectly solved by this guesthouse. Parking is scarce and expensive in most urban guesthouses, often requiring guests to search for spaces, increasing travel costs and inconvenience. However, this guesthouse boasts ample parking resources, with parking spots conveniently located just steps from the entrance, eliminating the need to carry luggage long distances. Most importantly, the parking fees are very affordable, significantly lower than surrounding commercial parking lots, with transparent and open pricing and no hidden charges. This greatly reduces travel expenses for travelers with cars, providing an excellent experience. What impressed me most was the responsible, dedicated, and attentive host. From the moment I successfully booked, I felt their thoughtfulness. Before check-in, the host proactively contacted me, sending detailed check-in instructions, directions, door lock usage, and equipment operation details. The written explanations were clear and easy to understand, and included real photos, making the entire process seamless and requiring no prior setup. The host's response time was extremely fast throughout the entire process. Whether I inquired during the day or evening, the host replied instantly, patiently answering all questions with a gentle and polite attitude. During my stay, the host provided detailed explanations regarding appliance usage, nearby restaurants, and tourist routes, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local favorites and off-the-beaten-path attractions – truly professional and considerate. Details about check-out, item return, and garbage disposal were also clearly explained in advance. The entire check-in and check-out process was self-service, convenient, and free of any cumbersome procedures. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable, meeting and even exceeding the hygiene standards of boutique hotels. The first impression upon entering the room was one of cleanliness, brightness, and fresh air, free from dampness, smoke, or musty odors. The room was spotless; the floors, chairs, and bedside tables were dust-free, and the bedding was soft, clean, and meticulously disinfected and neatly made. The bathroom was dry and well-ventilated.

The four-bedroom experience at Vanke Golden Bay was quite good 👍. The space was spacious, with a good view, and the room was clean. It even had a mahjong table, making it suitable for families and large gatherings of friends. The community is quiet, transportation is convenient, and communication with the landlord was smooth. It's suitable for both short and long-term rentals and is highly recommended.

Staying during holidays is not cost-effective, as there is no parking and no drinking water provided.
