The room was spacious and clean, with amenities even better than many hotels. Located on a high floor (with an elevator), the living room offered a great view of the distant mountains. The apartment complex is near a road, and I was worried about noise before booking, but the road wasn't a main thoroughfare, so it was barely an issue. I noticed the host had placed some books about Hunan and Zhangjiajie on the living room bookshelf. I intended to read them when I had time, but with elderly people and children with me, and returning home quite late each day, I didn't have a chance to look at them closely. I hope to have the opportunity to read them more thoroughly next time. Overall, highly recommended.

My stay at the Baixigou residential complex in Zhangjiajie was fantastic! The entire apartment was spacious and airy, with a simple yet sophisticated decor. It was spotless, making me feel right at home as soon as I entered. Both the living room and bedrooms had large windows offering excellent views. The apartment was fully furnished and equipped with appliances; the sofa was very comfortable, and each room had a clothes rack. There were also nightlights on both sides of the bed, which were very convenient. It felt incredibly comfortable and homey while traveling. The host was also incredibly kind and helpful. She responded promptly to all inquiries, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. She patiently helped resolve any issues I had. The complex is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, and parking is convenient for those driving. Whether you're a relaxing vacationer or traveling with friends, this place is perfect for a safe and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it when visiting Zhangjiajie, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

This is amazing! A very clean and new guesthouse. The driver recommended by the host was also very good. The facilities are new, nestled against the mountain and facing the stream. It's about 1.5km from the landmark gate, very convenient to get a taxi, and Weiyang Road is right next to the scenic area, the whole street is lined with restaurants. There's a wet market 300 meters south, and Wuling Road is also full of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend! Highly recommend! Highly recommend!
