First, the cleanliness was far below what you'd expect for the price; the pictures speak for themselves. Second, the service was even worse. There was no front desk assistance, and communication was entirely via WeChat. Sometimes they didn't answer phone calls or WeChat messages, and the customer service staff were generally rude. My personal advice is that there are many hotels near the Petronas Twin Towers; compare them carefully before booking to avoid ruining your experience.

I chose the 50th floor (which has a bathtub). The TV doesn't work, and I've reported it, but it hasn't been fixed yet. All other amenities are fine. There are many shops downstairs, and you can also visit the bustling Shapowei area.
