This guesthouse was even better than the pictures and videos suggested. It was clean and hygienic, most of the amenities were new, and the decor was modern. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, patient, and welcoming; the entire process from booking to check-out was smooth. The room provided plenty of everyday amenities, making it almost as convenient as being at home – practically flawless. Laundry and drying clothes were very convenient; clothes dried quickly even when it wasn't raining, and even in the rain, they dried fast inside the room. 📍Location: Super convenient, close to a major subway station, and relatively quiet. Ordering takeout is easy; remember to include the building's address in the address, otherwise the delivery person will have trouble finding it. I was so lucky to book such a wonderful guesthouse in Guangzhou. I hope to have the opportunity to come back again. I'm grateful for the host's warmth and thoughtfulness, and I hope that equally discerning guests can also book such a cozy and welcoming place, and cherish this little haven!

We stayed at this guesthouse for four nights and had a great experience! We chose it for three reasons: 1. Convenient location, close to both the subway and delicious restaurants; 2. The building has an elevator, making it easy for seniors to get around; 3. We loved the guesthouse's decor – warm and comfortable. Communication with the manager was smooth and patient. They not only helped the seniors check in early but also enthusiastically recommended many good restaurants and sent their locations. The guesthouse was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen and ample toiletries. When the seniors asked for bottled water, the manager brought a case that afternoon; the room's Wi-Fi was bad, but it was fixed the next afternoon; the seniors didn't like watching TV apps and wanted to watch CCTV/satellite channels, which the manager also helped with; the only slightly unexpected issue was the bathroom odor, but it disappeared after closing the door.

The guesthouse has a great location, just steps from the subway station, making it convenient to get around. There are many restaurants nearby. The room facilities are decent, but there's no hot water at the sink, so you have to hold the showerhead in one hand and wash your face with the other, which is very inconvenient. The room as a whole didn't feel very clean. The legs of the high stools are made of sheet metal, and moving them is very loud and a bit scary. I was worried about disturbing the guests downstairs. Could the owner please cover the legs? I think the price I paid was a bit high.
