The location information and check-in guide provided by the property were very clear, including details about the electrical system, making check-in a smooth and hassle-free experience. It's the first building you see upon entering the complex, with no stairs to climb. The elevators and corridors within the complex were under renovation, feeling slightly stuffy and dusty. Ordering takeout didn't require going downstairs; everything was delivered upstairs. The disposable amenities provided in the apartment were very practical and thoughtful. The property management also inquired about our stay after we checked out. I mentioned some hygiene issues, and they were very responsive and said they would address them. When I checked in, the cleanliness wasn't great. These pictures show some of the stains I didn't wipe away, including mold in the sink, stains on the trash can, and dirt from killing insects and bumps on the walls. This time, we cleaned all the used seats, kitchen countertops, dining table, all light switches, bed headboard and bed edges, and all remote controls with wet wipes and alcohol wipes. The grease and dust were very heavy, and even after wiping many times, they were still very black. The toilet near the entrance has a strong mold and sewer odor; the musty smell is noticeable upon entering. This is likely due to the toilet window being unable to be opened and the ventilation system being unusable. The living room air conditioner, possibly due to lack of cleaning, emits a strong, sour odor, similar to foot odor, as soon as it's turned on. This odor is quite strong; the smell permeates the entire room as long as the living room air conditioner is on. Furthermore, the living room air conditioner remote is malfunctioning; only the unit's on/off function works. The kitchen countertop has a lot of light-colored food scraps left by previous tenants, though they don't appear problematic to the naked eye. The bedroom air conditioner remote, closest to the kitchen, is broken and unusable. The vent blows directly at the head of the bed, and the remote cannot control the airflow direction; the fan blades must be manually turned upwards. Also, when the bedroom door is locked and closed, it sometimes creaks open a crack in the middle of the night for unknown reasons. The bedroom blankets are too thick, and even with the air conditioner set to a very low temperature, it's still very hot. The light switches in all three bedrooms are mostly near the door, not by the bedside, so you have to get up to turn them on or off when you're sleeping. The electrical outlets are also a bit far from the bedside. It would be much more convenient to place a lamp and power strip on the bedside table for easy access when getting up at night.

The location is excellent, very close to Sinan Mansions. The price is reasonable, the place is clean and hygienic, and the customer service is attentive and responsive. The decor is a bit simple; if you're looking for a more ambiance, it might be slightly lacking. However, if you prioritize convenience and comfort, it meets your requirements.

Located in the city center, the rooms were exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and the service was excellent.
