Parking is available in front of the guesthouse. The decor is homey; while not luxurious, it's clean and hygienic, so it's acceptable for those with modest expectations. It's about a 15-minute walk from Huadu Lake, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient to eat. Overall, the price-performance ratio is quite good.
