The apartment is new and clean, conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and subway station. The landlord is easy to talk to, responds quickly, and resolves issues promptly. This is a must-stay in Guangzhou – thumbs up!

The location is pretty good, close to attractions and the subway. However, it's quite dark inside, located in an alley, so some delivery riders might not be able to find it, though this is a common problem with guesthouses. It's suitable for families traveling together. There are three rooms, which are exactly as shown in the photos, but the air conditioner in the room where you adjust the hot water blows directly onto the bed, giving me a cold. There was a pleasant fragrance when I entered the room; it was from an aromatherapy diffuser in the living room, a thoughtful touch, but I didn't like the scent, so I put it on the windowsill. The blankets in the room were too thick, making it too hot. I guess I'm not used to the climate in Guangzhou; I don't know if it's the place, the hotels I stayed at before, or the travel, but I broke out in a lot of welts.
