The room was new and super clean. It's very convenient, right next to Honghu subway station (Exit C). Highly recommended.

It's incredibly noisy at night. Around 2 or 3 AM, I could hear people playing drinking games and making noise. Even with the doors and windows closed, I could clearly hear it. I don't know if it's from next door or downstairs. The renovation is new, and they probably used a lot of perfume to remove odors, but the smell is awful. Also, the bed sheets and pillows smell like they've been marinated in cigarette smoke, probably from the laundry detergent or something else – it's incredibly pungent. The customer service is extremely impatient. Check-in is a hassle; they send you a long string of messages, and when you ask a few questions, they have no patience whatsoever. They frequently use ellipses, deliberately displaying an "I'm speechless" attitude, making normal communication impossible. If they don't want to do this job, they shouldn't be running a rental business. They're acting like they're above everyone else in the service industry. I checked in at night and found the door wide open. They opened the door to an unoccupied room without any communication, claiming it was for ventilation. They opened the door arbitrarily without the occupants' permission. How can they guarantee the safety and privacy of the room? This building has no access control, and with doors left open and no one watching, strangers can freely enter and exit without anyone noticing. The room is a two-bedroom loft with toilets on both floors. Disposable toiletries are provided, but water is not supplied.

I stayed here for a business trip. The location is indeed excellent; there's a police station downstairs, so it's very safe, and it's also close to the core area of ​​Shuibei. Secondly, the toiletries are better than other budget hotels, which is helpful in emergencies. There's also a washing machine with a dryer, which is essential in humid and hot conditions. The room was also nice, but there were a few minor flaws. The air vent in the small room was directly facing my head, and there was a slight musty smell. This can be solved by turning off the air conditioner in the small room and opening the window; the cool air from the main air conditioner outside is sufficient. Check-in was quick, and the deposit refund was also quick; the only question is how quickly they'll issue the invoice. Overall, it was good. I didn't take any pictures, but I recommend it; it's a clean place.
