The hygiene was extremely poor, and the service was terrible. They didn't address the hygiene issues, offered no apology, and instead blamed the problem on the garbage generated by guests' normal eating habits. The microwave was infested with insects; clothes and bags left on the counter got infested. The video was for filming feedback, but even after opening it a second time, many insects were still visible. The first time I opened it, there were even more, and many crawled out; later, they were flying around the room. This situation couldn't have happened in just one or two days, especially since I hadn't used the microwave before, making it impossible for insects to have gotten inside. I only used the microwave on the day of check-out and immediately reported the problem. However, customer service said they wouldn't handle it because I didn't report it during check-in. I didn't need to use the microwave during check-in, so of course I wouldn't have noticed it. Providing a clean environment is the obligation of the guesthouse; guests are not obligated to check everything upon check-in. I needed to use the microwave on the day of check-out, so I put food in the refrigerator beforehand. I was afraid to use the microwave afterwards, and the uneaten food had to be thrown away. This caused me additional losses, and I was still blamed. Overall, it was extremely poor, and the guesthouse's attitude was extremely poor.
